Fabio knife was established in 1989, located in Hangzhou, which is one of the most interesting place in China. The owner is Mr. Fan, who was working for the Material Reseach Institute of China from the year 1963-1987. After that, he bulit his own facility that specialized in knife manufacturering. Our first collaboration was made with woodworking machine, we produce the veneer knife for the machine manufacturer and collected much experience in straight knife manufacturer. then, we realized that small chipper knife and flaker knife are also a part of business, so we came to reseach and develop in this area. We started to expand our business into plastic and recycling industry in the latest 10 years, where these industries are developing at a dramatic speed in China. We make every step very firmly so that we satisfied our customers with good quality. Today, we are a well-known company for woodworking industry as well as recycling industry, because of our knowledge, professional. and attitude.
Our plant are newly rebuilt in 2005, with ISO9001 and QC certificate. Different machines are equipped in our new plant, so we are now capable of producing different kinds of straight blades, from small size 50mm to large size 4000mm. Based on our different product line, we meet our customer on every demand of new knife replacement, grinding, repair and other services. With 70 staffs working 2 shifts per day, we shorten the delivery time than other knife suppliers.
We have our own heat-treatment from the year 1996. Knowing that hear-treatment is the most important factor for the knife manufacturing, we carry the rule of doing heat-treatment in our own plant. With the knowledge of heat-treatment technics on different materials, we make right choice for our customer on different need of hardness, toughness and special treatment.
We make our products 100% under inspection before delivery. We have a full range of measuring equipment so that we are able to do inspection on every parameter of a knife. We have 3 professional staffs working only for inspection, they will reject the knife to production department as soon as the knife are not exact to the drawing. In this case, knife with our logo are of quality assurance.
Our knives are under carfully package, so that they are safe during delivery. Knives are first packaged in oil paper, with cutting edge sealed if necessary, then in carton box or wood box. If you have speciel requirements, we will also do as you required.
